Eligibility Criteria

Pending Verification
Permanent residents of any North Eastern State pursuing Diploma, Degree, Postgraduate, M.Phil or PhD in recognized institutions in India. Parent/guardian annual income must not exceed ₹8 lakh. Minimum 60% marks are required in the previous qualifying examination. B.E./B.Tech and other professional degree programmes are included subject to the approved course/institution rules.
