Age

For Panel Year 2025, candidates had to be between 20 and 28 years of age as on 1 February 2026. Candidates born not earlier than 2 February 1998 and not later than 1 February 2006 were eligible, subject to applicable relaxations.

Educational Qualification

A bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate was required. SC, ST and PwBD candidates were eligible with pass class subject to the notified vacancy conditions.

Candidates were also required to have knowledge of word processing on a PC.

Nationality

The advertisement permitted Indian citizens and specified other nationality categories subject to the applicable Government of India eligibility certificate requirements.
