About NATA 2027

National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is the national-level aptitude test in architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) programme. CoA has conducted NATA since 2006. The test assesses architecture-related aptitude through formats covering cognitive skills, visual perception, aesthetic sensitivity, logical reasoning, critical thinking and drawing/composition. Actual B.Arch. admission is handled by the competent admission authorities and institutions under the applicable CoA and admission rules.
