Intermediate
A candidate must have passed both groups of the ICAI Intermediate Examination or satisfy the applicable qualifying route under ICAI regulations.
Practical Training
Under the New Scheme, practical training is prescribed for two years. The applicable practical-training completion requirement must be satisfied before appearing in the Final Examination.
Advanced ICITSS
Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (Advanced ICITSS) is required to be successfully completed after practical training and before appearing for the Final Examination, subject to ICAI transition provisions.
Self-Paced Online Modules
For candidates covered by the current New Scheme requirements, the prescribed Self-Paced Online Module tests are required to be completed as applicable before appearing in the Final Examination. ICAI specifies transitional exemptions for certain earlier batches.
