Narnarayan Shastri Institute of Technology – Institute of Forensic Sciences and Cyber Security

The institute’s official programme and event materials describe a dedicated forensic sciences and cyber security institute at the Jetalpur campus. Specific facility inventory is not populated because a current, complete official facilities list was not verified.

An official institute circular establishes a Placement and Career Guidance Cell and names its committee members as of February 2024. No verified placement-rate, salary, or recruiter outcome statistics are inserted.

For AY 2026–27, the official NFSU affiliated-institute programme document lists programmes at this Ahmedabad institute including B.Sc.–M.Sc. Forensic Science, M.Sc. Forensic Science, integrated B.Tech.–M.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security), M.Sc. Cyber Security, M.Sc. Digital Forensics and Information Security, and BBA–MBA. Programme-specific eligibility and admission routes differ; the official NFSU admission portal and individual programme pages are the authoritative routes. Do not treat this summary as a single eligibility rule for every programme.

The institute is managed under Shree Swaminarayan Vividh Seva Niketan Trust. The Government of India Press Information Bureau reported its inauguration at Jetalpur, Ahmedabad, on 12 February 2024. Its NFSU-affiliated forensic and cyber security unit is listed separately in NFSU’s current affiliate and programme materials.

The Jetalpur institute operates a specialist Institute of Forensic Sciences and Cyber Security in affiliation with National Forensic Sciences University. The official NFSU programme listing assigns the institute programmes in forensic science, cyber security, digital forensics and information security, alongside an integrated management programme. Its academic scope links laboratory-oriented forensic learning with computing security and digital-evidence investigation.
