For the two-year MBA, the official programme page lists graduation in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate and a valid CAT, XAT, GMAT or NMET-PG score. Selection also considers a statement of purpose, group discussion and personal interview. The five-year integrated BBA-MBA programme has a separate undergraduate admission process.

The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at NALSAR offers a two-year MBA integrating management, law, technology and analytics, as well as a five-year integrated BBA-MBA programme for students after Class XII. The MBA curriculum includes foundational management areas and electives such as entrepreneurship, sustainability, AI and data science, business ethics, and cybersecurity. The official undergraduate management page states that DoMS was established in 2013.
