The university’s 2026–27 undergraduate listing identifies four-year B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) with 60 seats and B.Tech. (Food Technology) with 40 seats at BSIDT. The official institute page states that Food Technology was introduced for academic session 2026–27. The institute also lists two-year M.Tech. programmes in Dairy Technology, Dairy Chemistry and Dairy Microbiology, with additional postgraduate disciplines.
